Return Process

  Log into your VasuStore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
